Love it here! I got my clearaligners here and they did an excellent job! The dental hygienist I saw every visit was so incredibly nice! The office staff are also very easy and nice to work with. My case was a little complicated and they handled it with great care. Also, the facilities are extremely clean and have a good atmosphere!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Growing up, the dentist office has always made me uneasy, but the minute I walked into the doors of this place I felt at ease. The staff was wonderful and so kind. I had a "dental emergency" and they were able to squeeze me in that day and made sure I was taken care of. I am so thankful I found this place!!! Go here!! You won't be disappointed!!
Nice people, but the work I had done fell right out of my mouth a couple months later. Went in to have it fixed and was charged again. Didn’t return my calls either, so I switched to afdent and finally got it fixed. Wasted almost a year on this place and way too much money for nothing being fixed
Recently we’ve had several issues. After taking my daughter out of school for her appointment we had to wait 2 hours just to then be told the dentist left for the day without ever coming by, however; when I was put on bedrest they still charged a no show fee even though I called to cancel the day before as soon as I got the orders from my doctor. We’ve also had several bills that were incorrect.
I honestly loved this place, have been going to it for years.. until this last year or so . They have continuously messed up our bills with our insurance ( more than 5 times), we went to pay ( several times) and they said that we didn't owe anything and that the insurance picked it up and then we get a bill in the mail!!! I understand mistakes happen.. but this was on more than a couple occasions!
