Very pleased with this service. The office is clean. The wait for service was timely. Office staff were professional and friendly. Doctor Alsaidi is very knowledgeable. His bed side service was excellent. The doctor went out his way to provide support and confidence. I would recommend this office to anyone needing periodontal surgery.
I never write reviews but I absolutely had to for Dr. Alsaidi and his staff. From start to finish they were all incredibly kind and patient with everything. Dr. Alsaidi walked me through the procedure and answered every question I had. Even calling the following day to ask how I was doing after the first 24 hours. The staff, knowledge, customer care and service were great. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs it.
The office is clean and modern. The entire staff is extremely polite and professional from the ease of making the appointment to arriving to the first office visit. Dr Alsaidi has stellar patient / doctor rapport. He was thorough with explaining my treatment plan with realistic expectations and the staff discussed payment options. I’m 56 years old and need extensive dental work. I eagerly look forward to begin my dental procedures with Dr Alsaidi. I highly recommend this office ! 💕
Had my two year check up post gum surgery today. Dr alsaidi is the best. Gums improved a lot from before. Love this office and the employees are wonderful. Always a good experience here.
Wow, I'm seriously so impressed with the staff and my experience at Michigan Gum Docs that I ran to write a review! I recently had an extraction done here, and they made the whole experience so smooth from beginning to end.
