Mick and William were so friendly and efficient. They gave us a quote quickly. We had requested two different jobs, because they had a cancellation; they were able to install a toilet that they had in stock immediately. That was a surprise! The other task was more difficult, they were able to problem solve and complete the task successfully. We will be hiring them again. We are very thankful for the excellent service.
Mick was excellent in all ways—easy access, prompt arrival, thorough, fairly priced, and had a great attitude! His assistant, Will, was also kind and helpful.
I was in a terrible situation with a vintage tube and fixtures. The handles were not working to turn on the water and water diverter was broken. Mick and team to the rescue! He found the hard to replace parts and installed the them in a day… and I was able to shower! Thank you, Mick’s Plumbing!!
Super-responsive crew who made it out to us the morning after we called… an hour later our issue was resolved. Happily took a follow-up call with my questions and even checked back in with us the following Monday. Great guys, great work.
This is the 2nd time I've used Mick's and again I am so very pleased with the whole experience. They were able to come much sooner than I had expected and were able to fix the problem with my leaky toilet that very day. I would add that with this repair, as well as with the prior one, they had to work on older bathroom fixtures, and be resourceful and creative with the fix. Which they totally were. We had a great experience with Mick’s Plumbing this week. They were responsive and available to come to our home quickly after we called. They were knowledgeable, provided good advice on recommended path forward, and once we made a decision on what we needed they came out same day. They installed new faucets in a reasonable amount of time, had the necessary supplies, explained the work done and were lovely to work with.
I highly recommend Mick’s plumbing. We bought a new gas range but found out we couldn’t install it due to irregularities with the previous installation. Mick was able to fit us in on short notice and saved the day. Mick and his team did high quality work, were friendly, professional, and courteous. Upfront, honest and very fair with the pricing. We will always call Mick when I need work done!
