It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment. I filled out the online contact form, and within an hour, someone called me back and offered me an appointment the next day. Since I wasn't available that day, they squeezed me in the following day. The service couldn't have been better! We had been dealing with a slow-draining bathroom sink for over a year, and the previous plumber charged a fortune, yet was unable to find the problem. This is the third time I have had work done at my home by Mick's Plumbing, and I also had some repair done by Mick's crew at a rental I own. The work has always been superb, correctly and efficiently executed by people that I enjoy talking with. They explain what is needed and then perform that work in a very satisfactory and timely manner. I know I can trust their professional understanding of any plumbing scenario and the pricing is also very fair. I am glad that Mick is a resource that I can count on.

Mick and his team are responsive, nice, funny, and most importantly, skilled - capable of dealing with all the quirks one finds in a 100-year old structure, with a history of questionable DIY solutions for piping over the decades. Mick and William were so friendly and efficient. They gave us a quote quickly. We had requested two different jobs, because they had a cancellation; they were able to install a toilet that they had in stock immediately. That was a surprise! The other task was more difficult, they were able to problem solve and complete the task successfully. We will be hiring them again. We are very thankful for the excellent service.
Mick was excellent in all ways—easy access, prompt arrival, thorough, fairly priced, and had a great attitude! His assistant, Will, was also kind and helpful.
I was in a terrible situation with a vintage tube and fixtures. The handles were not working to turn on the water and water diverter was broken. Mick and team to the rescue! He found the hard to replace parts and installed the them in a day… and I was able to shower! Thank you, Mick’s Plumbing!!
