David always goes above and beyond. He explained what he was going to do, efficiently completed the work and answered our questions along the way. Additionally , he re-routed some plumbing related to our softener/sprinkler system and helped us avoid an ongoing problem with our softener. Very pleased. It’s why we stay with mid-Atlantic despite prices being a bit higher than other places.
