First, we had a new well installed in late 2023 and needed a new water treatment system so I called Mid Atlantic Water Services. I would like to thank Chris Wisor for coming out and putting my mind at ease with direct answers to any question I had. He tested our water and told me the exact treatment our home needed. I’m thrilled with my RO system. Chris and Ryan are professional technicians that made me feel confident and comfortable to have them working in my home. Mid Atlantic Water Services did an outstanding job explaining the entire process of our water conditioning system. They were efficient and thorough in checking our system and taking the necessary steps to ensure everything was running properly. Jason, Sean and Chris were awesome!
Chris and his coworker came out on time, he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, explained everything in detail and got the job done quickly. Will definitely call Mid Atlantic again for any future plumbing issues.
Jason and Ryan came out to give me a new customer orientation to the system in our new home. They provided a depth of expertise and knowledge to the orientation and explained things in a matter that I as the user could understand and take with me going forward. I feel much better prepared to use my system going forward and will certainly use Mid-Atlantic for all of my water needs in the future.
