Great facility--well organized and the occupational and physical therapy is top notch. The wound care team is very skilled. I was there for a week and left much stronger.

They provided top care to my grandma through multiple admissions! And also my grandpa through a long rehab process. I work in the healthcare field, and this place is amazing. They have staff that care and you can't say that about all of the places around. Would definitely recommend for anybody who needs an in-patient rehab stay.

This place is a horrible place for your loved one to rehab. Bad care, bad caseworker, theft of clothing, left in room in wheelchair for hours after therapy sessions without being checked on, all around a bad experience and would not take my dog here. Nurses watching the clock to leave and I witnessed it and their conversations. Caseworker was put out to get further care for our patient in the next facility when they fully qualified and thought that sending them home in a state of not being able to care for themselves was sui... read more

I take back the three stars. They referred us to a day program that accepted him based on their referral except on our first day there the day program social worker said my son needed a higher level of care than they can provide and so he can not go into their program that leaves me alone with no where to go for help.
