I thought it was just me!! the front desk staff is very nasty- never make eye contact - more interested in talking to each other- except when collecting money!! the person who made the positive comment must be one of hte doctors staff, because i have never ever heard anyone else ever say nice things about this place!!! try any other place than this vet!!! useless people The people in here are extremely rude and unprofessional. When they cannot find the issue with your animal they recommend that you euthanize it. They are over prices and have no clue how to treat animals in here. I would rather take my pet to a human hospital then deal with the incompetence of the people who work in here. Horrible Experience staff is unfriendly and doctor is always rushing. i thought my dog was in good hands all these months. i took him to dr.andrew manesis on east tremont. he treated my dog with care, something middletown lacks. if you love your animal, please do not go to middletown.
