Kim is the most thorough technician having cleaned my teeth painlessly a few times now. Dr. Puccio then came to check on his previous handiwork in my mouth as well as my x-rays to confirm that I was "good to go". Midland Family Dental continues to be the best dental experience I have ever had!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.
Excellent service, friendly employees, set up plan to best make your mouth happy and healthy. Explained what is needed in order, showed exactly what insurance will pay and what comes out of pocket. Needed a procedure done asap n after exam n cleaning they scheduled me for the very next day! Very helpful and caring while the do it. I'm a new patient and was very pleased with the professionalism and service at this office. The front staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and actually gave me an estimated Statement of Benefits, which I've never gotten from another office. I came in with an emergency (tooth abscess). The endodontist, Dr. Bauer took exceptional care, including explaining his procedure and methodology. He went out of his way to get me out of pain and on the road to recovery.
