I really think insurance should be billed first before asking for payment from patient. Except co pay which I do believe should be paid. Made me feel a little uneasy as maybe office thought I would not pay. Just never been asked to pay in any dentist or drs office before insurance was billed other than co pay. . Otherwise dr Puccio did a great job.

In order for us to be able to provide this level of care we must collect the patients copays at the time of services. The state of the art equipment and the materials we use at MFD are very costly. My care was perfect and the staff was warm and welcoming. Overall this was an excellent first expereince. As much as I wish the procedure rooms were private, it is just something I will have to get used to.
I have never experienced a personal service practice/business where the environment is so inviting, pleasurable and sincere. When you are a patient at Midland, you are truely part of the family, and you feel so when you are there. The office culture and environment is comfortable, welcoming and totally relaxing regardless of the reason for your visit.
