I recommend getting the lymphatic drain massage from Sam. I followed her regimen and haven’t felt this good in years! She’s very knowledgeable and helpful!

I had my first chiropractor appointment last night. It went really well. I felt very comfortable and we came up with a game plan for how we are going to fix me. On top of the good chiropractor visit I had a massage with Janelle. I have had many massages before with many different massage therapist and let me tell you SHE IS AMAZING. Great place with down-to-earth, friendly people to help anyone feel strong and healthy. Love the trainers, physical therapy, and the super gentle style of chiropractic adjustments. They seamlessly blend it all together for great whole body care.

I have been to the office twice now and have been extremely pleased with the staff , front desk along with Dr Jeff !!!! He is very knowledgeable. I am feeling much better , I have a very good idea of what is going on and what I need to do to make things better. Very happy with my visit.
