The facility is clean, well layed out and the waiting area has nice amenities such as WI Fi access which I would used if I were to wait for the vehicle to be serviced. I think we got a reasonably good deal on our purchase.

The employees that I dealt with were very professional... The employees that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I felt they genuinely wanted to know me and asked a lot of questions in order to serve me better. I also felt they did their best to accommodate my budget, and I did not feel rushed. The car that I purchased looks like it costs more than I actually paid for it. The facility, including the service area, is squeaky clean.

She was extremely helpful. I came there to look at a 2005 Ford Escape and to trade in my truck. I had already done a good bit of research on the value of my truck and the price of the Ford Escape I was looking at. We have had a great experience at Midland's service... We have had a great experience at Midland's service department for our Honda Accord. We were more than pleased with the sales experience as well when we were looking for a new van. We really appreciated all of the assistance Mark Rossi gave us. I called the sales team at Midlands Honda looking for a... I called the sales team at Midlands Honda looking for a nice used Honda Ridgeline; they followed up when they found exactly what I was looking for. Mark Rossi did a great job of making sure that the car was what I wanted, and in great shape, fully serviced when I picked it up. It was worth the 100 mile trip from Charleston.
