Love! After a really traumatic experience at a previous dentist, my daughter refused to let anyone help her. Dr. Shoun and his staff turned it around for us. I couldn't be happier. My daughter loves everything about this office. The staff are so friendly and so amazing with the children. We had 2 teeth extracted and the process was so smooth and painless. My son has always been afraid of dentists. He is 5 and such a momas boy. At this dentist they offered him a blanket to keep warm, a movie to watch on TV to help relieve the anxiety. They are so soft spoken and word things in a kid friendly way so they aren't afraid of what's going on his mouth. They even wanted to verify I was comfortable. Darya the assistant is such a sweetheart. Dr. Shoun is fast, & thorough. The kids game room occupies kids until their name is called. We followed Dr. Shoun and his girls from his previous employer when he opened Midlands because we absolutely love their personalities and the loving care they give our kids! I would not go anywhere but here! Wish I could give more stars than 5!
