dentist is good and hygienist is good child should feel safe at the dentist if she wants both parents back there she should be able to have both parents back there. she has been a patient there for like 2 or 3 years now.and last time 6 months ago they let both parents back there but today they did not. I will be switching her dentist office after today and I drove all the way from north Augusta

RecommendedWe love the staff and Dr. Shaun! They explain things so well and are so great with kids. My daughter was nervous while her brother had his cleaning, and Amy let her come over and watch and explained everything she was doing. My son had a lot of dental work here previously and Dr.Shaun and the anesthesiologist did a great job with him and making sure I was well informed. Cannot say enough good things! RecommendedEveryone was wonderful and so kind, they put my child at ease on her very first visit, and she had a fantastic visit! Would recommend Dr. Shoun & his amazing staff to everyone!
My children love Dr. Shoun, however, after receiving a letter from their office stating they would no longer see my children due to a couple of cancelled appointments. They apparently had me fooled for all of the years the kids have been seeing him. It’s sad that on top of having an abundance of healthcare appointments for myself and dealing with a debilitating illness that I stay in pain daily from that they couldn’t understand a couple of appointments that had to be cancelled!!!
