It was professional from beginning to end. But also casual enough to feel comfortable. Dr Tsumura has always been the best, and the assistant was great, too. I would highly recommend Midtown Dental to anyone!
The office staff are all so professional, they are your partners in ensuring your teeth health. They coordinate all insurance which I know many do but they also ensure appointments related to regular teeth cleaning, watching on potential tooth issues, regular X-rays, just everything to keep ahead of issues becoming bigger problems. I rest easy because I know they are checking regularly and keeping excellent notes on every visit, they are partners!
