EXCELLENT !
Having a broken tooth is not fun and I went to a different dental clinic and I had a very bad experience. Dr. Gutierrez is really awesome, he explained the process and what to expect. The staff was very friendly and understanding about my apprehensions regarding the pain and the placement of my post. Dr. Gutierrez made sure I was comfortable during the surgery and made my visit to Midtown Dental less stressful, his compassion and kindness went along way to make me feel less anxious. Finally was able to get my new crown!! All went well, thankful to have this done. Was done in a timely manner today.
Everyone who works at Midtown Dental does their job so superbly! Office staff always know what's going on. Hygienists and other assistants do a great job in patient education as well as listening to any needs and concerns. Dr. Tsumura is the most skilled dentist I have ever had. He is always keeping up with the latest in advanced procedures and technologies. Really a great team of professionals who care deeply about dental health and customer service.
Always top-notch care, and fun! Who’d have thought going to the dentist could be entertaining?
