I was in the chair for 2 1/2 hours mostly waiting for an attendant to show up. U
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tsumura for 7 years. I’ve had nothing but great experiences for 7 years here.. Now they tell me that I can’t get an appointment because they don’t have enough hygienists and I’ll be added to their cancellation list. They called yesterday but I didn’t return their call right away because I was away from my phone for a few minutes. My appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Guiterrez and when I got there I was told someone else was cleaning my teeth.
The dental assistant Dahlia was incredibly gentle yet thorough with my cleaning, let me know everything to expect. I was told Dr T would be right in and I waited over 15 minutes and saw him walking around and talking at the counter and he never came in, so I had to leave for another appointment.
