It's always been a great experience when getting service from Dr. Ramlaggan, Zahra and the rest if the rest of the staff. They are knowledgeable, up-front and do everything they can to make each visit a pleasure.
Excellent customer service! The staff was very friendly! They took the time to learn about how you felt about dental appointments and tried to make you comfortable since the beginning. They regularly checked-in to ensure that you were doing well and that there was no discomfort. I would definitely recommend the Midtown Dental Centre!
The staff were quite friendly and helpful. They really eased my mind about the procedures and helped me get over my last traumatic experience at the dentist’s. If only the billing and claims processes could be improved somewhat, it would make the whole experience top notch.
The staff at Midtown are always accommodating and exceptional - and Dr. R is extremely professional and patient-centric. The staff at Midtown Dental Centre are always friendly whenever I visit. They are always very attune to my comfort level. During any procedure, they always ask if I am doing okay and would ensure that I feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Zahra is an amazing hygienist and I always look forward to my hygiene visits with her.
