Too early to provide honest feedback. 1) We have a serious car odor issue, likely mold from water, waiting to see how dealership manages fixing whats at the core of the issue. 2) check engine light came on 10 days purchase. Resolving these 2 issues will enable fair rating.

I liked the buying process. I liked the buying process. Francisco was great. 6 weeks later a skid plate and sound shield fell off the truck on highway to get old it was cosmetic and not necessary so not covered. I disagree. Ford did not design $315 part alone for nothing. While they did take 10 min to install it at no charge I do feel the could have done better with customer service after only 6 weeks owning the truck. Nothing should be falling off it.
