My vehicle went into the service shop for a rear window My vehicle went into the service shop for a rear window motor replacement and an oil change. My window motor was done but my oil change was not done as asked. Not to mention my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks for a window motor that is an awful long time. Purchased a vehicle December 2020 for it to have Purchased a vehicle December 2020 for it to have transmission issues by February 2022. While it may not have been a brand new car, you don’t expect to pay a monthly payment for something you can’t drive and to have an extended warranty that doesn’t cover the cost... Very disappointed.
