The service department drags their feet with car issues... The service department drags their feet with car issues that should only take a day max to fix. My car was at the shop for a week and it wasn’t even looked at. I had to constantly call them and visit to get them to finally do something.
Everyone was nice and easy to work with. Car was prepped... Everyone was nice and easy to work with. Car was prepped just before we picked it up, even though they had a day in between where they could have done it) and we had to go get the sticker. Only had a half a tank of gas in it. (They didn’t promise otherwise, but I’ve never bought a car that wasn’t delivered with a full tank)
