Midway I called late in the evening in need of a repair. The Midway team was quick to explain their process and get me a rental. They also kept my car an extra day for no charge because i had to work late and couldn't pick it up. These people are always friendly and knowledgeable. I will always take my car here for repair.
Service The dealership handles their sales and service beautifully. It would be nice if they had a better waiting area for customers. I feel banished to a back room, when they have enormous space for sales. I have been to other dealerships that give you a large selection of free food, and have a large lounge, which makes it easier to wait, here there's coffee, water and popcorn. Definitely could use some improvement.
