I had been speaking with Valery beforehand, but she was I had been speaking with Valery beforehand, but she was sick the day of our appointment. Both her and Brent were excellent. Each took the time to answer questions and went out of their way to make us feel valued. There is nothing I hate more than the feeling of being “handled” and I am happy to say my time with the midway team did not make me feel this way in the slightest. Thanks all!
