A very good experience overall Overall it was a very good experience getting into a new vehicle. Israel (Sales Consultant) and Steve (Finance) were very courteous, helpful, and responsive to our needs (both during and so far since the time of Sale). My only complaint (in the buying process) was the Sales Manager trying to bleed every penny he could from the deal. It led to too much back and forth, which likely led to an extra hour at the store.
