Love the service department at Midway Nissan. They were fast to complete the scheduled service, and there is a desk area in the waiting lounge so that I could plug in my laptop and work during the appointment so that I didn't fall behind in sales for the day.
It was a long wait, but my car was taken care of.

I can't praise this group enough, they solved a 3 year old problem with my Murano. They took me in as a damaged cust, that had my problem bounced around for years, and sometimes being addressing as having the intelligence of a four year old, by others. This is the third purchase of a Nissan product beginning, in 2001, to present. Because of the brush off of some of the other dealerships, I was not coming back, but Leslie, Aaron, Tim, Dave, Kory, and Frank, and others called me home. Thanks Mid W
i brought the car in to get some pinstripe fixed and they discovered the edge guards needed attention also. they fix both items fast.
