Service Advisor Tim Roberts had the mechanic test my battery in a timely manner, and it was determined that I needed a new battery. Tim advised me, had the mechanic install a new battery, and got me on my way. He is very professional, kept me informed, and solved my problem. Tim Roberts is the Best service advisor, and I ALWAYS go to him when I need help or have a problem with my car.
