No new car negotiations are easy. After several phone calls and texts I had all but given up at Midway, but the next morning I got a call from Ernie who talked over the potential deal and offered a fair purchase price. Ernie saved the deal and was great to work with.

Went in for 100K service. I was told I needed spark plugs replaced due to a crack, passed on service because I could replace much cheaper than what they were charging. Upon checking the spark plugs there was no crack to be seen (very happy I didn't say yes!!). I had to wait for my car after hours for services to be finished when I was told it would be ready late afternoon. The price I was given through text/email was way different than what I was charged. I did not receive the complementary car wash as well.
