Always top notch. On my last visit, I overheard a mechanic talking with another customer (in the waiting room) about the customer's vehicle. The mechanic spoke with a caring tone and very specific explanation about service being done. It made me feel confident about the service being done on my own vehicle. I always call Jacob to schedule service.
