Dentist spends very little time with you and billing assistant is not helpful. They want their money paid that day but cannot accurately compute what the insurance carrier will pay.

There is too much over turn for staff. I go ever six months for a cleaning for the last two years and I have not seen any of the same faces. That is really sad. And I also had a coupon that they would not honor.

Gave me a filling I did not need because of an incorrect xray read and then I never received a bill. I leave the country for a month with one letter saying they are going to send my bill to a debt collection agency if I don't pay it in a week. Of course I am gone and have no idea so I get back and my first call is from a collection agency. Received no mail or phonecalls prior to this. Utter...

Beware Mid-west dental is very unorganized and always canceling appointments. The staff is extremely impersonal and they are extremely bad about giving you notice when canceling appointments...
