I don’t recommend them. They may have been courteous over the phone, but they told me that they may have been able to take the case on. Speaking to them a few days afterwards, I couldn’t get one form signed due to difficulties with my doc office and their p.t., they said they wouldn’t take on the case. Mainly they said because of my age. And I quote “because you are so young it would be difficult”. Really?? My age?? Why would age have to do with someone’s disabling condition. Honestly, if I could give a negative star rating... read more

I did not have a good experience with Midwest Disability. After I had my court date, I could not get anyone to call me back. For almost 4 months I called and would leave a message with my lawyer or case manager to call me back and they never called me back. After getting the court decision, I called to talk to my lawyer to see if we will be appealing. I was told he would call back either that Friday or on Monday. On Tuesday I got an email from Midwest Disability telling me we are not appealing. They didn't call and talk to m... read more

I owe everything to Midwest Disability. They were on my team from the first moment I shared my experiences with them. I spoke to the many times and they always had answers for me. Even after my case was completed, I can still call with questions. This was the most difficult decision I have ever made. They understood and help me every step of the way.

I've been with them over 3 years now. Had I known it takes them this long I would have followed all my friends suggestions. According to my new worker, this is very common with this company. Midwest normally takes 5 to 10 years is what I've heard from a relative.

I would've possibly given a little better rating but I rarely spoke to the same person twice. Never spoke to Attorney until just before hearing. Not once did they telle there was a 6 month holding period to get any money after a favorable decision. Then I was called and told I got you early Medicare and it's only gonna be 173.70 deducted every month, yeah NOT. They offer additional services like this for additional costs. Upsetting as this person took a liberty I didn't request plus no one except me has suffered deserving an... read more
