Provider was very efficient and friendly, front desk and triage were wonderful as well! Loved the fact that I was taken care of quickly! Will definitely be back for all my urgent care needs in the future!! Thank you MEC you guys are lifesavers ❤️

Can’t recommend this clinic unfortunately. I visited 2-3 times with no issues with billing and lab tests in the past, however, this January I visited and received a bill from Quest directly for lab tests I declined and did not authorize. I have been calling Midwest Express for over a month now, and I’m getting the runaround from several managers. I previously spoke to Maria for about 2-3 weeks, who connected me with a Quest rep, and did not get an update from either of them while Maria moved locations. I called last week an... read more

My daughter just went there for treatment for an illness. Waited behind 9 other people, only to be told her insurance wasn’t active and she’d have to pay out of pocket. She left, upset, while I called BCBS. Insurance company verified that the policy is active, card is active, policy number is correct, and daughter is covered. My daughter is now back at home with no treatment. This was a return visit since she had previously been told to come back if she didn’t feel better. Won’t ever be returning

Very poor customer service. Never received my bill via email or mail. Called and left 7 voicemails to a patient advocate number (it’s a reception-don’t expect to talk to a patient advocate or someone who can help-they just take messages that won’t be returned!) they suggested- no one paid attention and called me back to assist with request. Ended up getting a $150 charge on my credit file from them. Now go explain me how it’s a good customer service. Was my first and last visit to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH Terrible group. They confused me with another patient and gave the wrong tests after I confirmed with them which tests I was getting. They told my bf he had a viral infection, two weeks later we find out it was strep from THEIR test they DID NOT notify us about. This is bacterial, and due to their ineptitude we did not receive antibiotics and are now prone to reinfection and heart disease. This health group is complete garbage and should NOT be allowed to operate

Horrible!! Please don’t go here! Had worst experience, misdiagnosed Acute Appendicitis as Kidney infection. Put on antibiotics after 4 days went to ER had surgery! Also screwed up billing. Billed as OON for BCBS PPO plan!

We have been waiting for an emailed or hard copy of results in order for my mother to go to her specialist appointment. NONE of the phone numbers listed work, even for the “patient advocate” and there is no email. We messaged through Messenger and still have not gotten a response.

We have had 2 visits here so far and not very happy at all. Front desk staff was awful both times (2 separate girls). They are not friendly at all. The doctor was not very impressive either, very spacey. Came in the room without the chart and eating her food still. Then made us wait over 20 minutes in the waiting area because she said she was writing a prescription and then forgot to write it?!? I was hoping this place would be better.
