I’ve had to go here several times. Each time, the wait is very short, the staff is friendly and helpful and efficient. I’m very thankful for this place.
I didn't even wait 5 minutes in the waiting area and I was brought back and I have to say The staff were super friendly and for my first time here I can say I will be back.
I was a walk-in, the receptionist was very helpful and nice. She got me in right away. The MA and Practitioner were both caring and professional. Thank you guys so much once again!
I’m on the fence about my review, The staff and care that is provided is above top tier and very humane. My issue is whom ever is doing y’all’s A/P needs a refresher. I am currently in collections which is impossible, I have Indiana state funded health insurance and private Aetna insurance. Additionally my close family members are experiencing the same issues. Like how are my elderly parents that have private state health insurance being Medicare and Aetna, but are being sent to collections??? This makes no sense and n... read more
BEWARE!!! The providers have been absolutely wonderful and we've been here numerous times since they've opened. HOWEVER, they recently charged my son's visit as out of network costing me almost 200$ despite my daughter and I having only a 20$ co-pay the prior day as we were given a different provider. Either the office is in network or out. You don't get to choose a provider and it's unethical that we were stuck with this bill after coming here 30-40 other times with a normal co-pay. 10/29 visited for allergic reaction for my son front desk was extremely rude and very unwelcoming even my 17 year said the same if I were to go in this location again I would walk out if she’s there! I’ve never had an issue here providers were awesome but front desk is your first contact which should be pleasant her name was Desire ….horrible
Hey Becky, why don't you give a swab to YOUR daughter, niece, loved one to collect their own specimen?! Why not? Because you expect caring, compassionate and ethical treatment from a health care facility? Right!? Who hands a swab to a patient and tells them to collect their own specimen? WHO DOES THAT? The nurse or whatever she was there yelled at my 4 year old son because he was spitting out the meds she was trying to give him. I warned her BEFORE she tried giving it to him that he doesn’t like taking meds and will do that. I really didn’t appreciate the way she talked to my son or the way she stormed out of the room and slammed the door. Will never go back.
