This was the first time anyone in my family visited a Midwest Clinic. My granddaughter needed to be seen and she didn’t have an appointment. We walked in and told the ladies at the registration desk she didn’t have any insurance and needed a school and sports physical. We were registered, had vital signs taken by the medical assistant and seen by the nurse practitioner in a fast and efficient manner. Extremely quick. Professional & diligent staff worked hard to get to the root of my health concerns.Midwest Express Clinic is a BCBS preferred provider so I didn't pay a dime! Prescriptions were appropriate and effective for my diagnosis. Would definitely recommend especially this location on Kedzie!
Laura is amazing! She has this way of reassuring you and making you feel like everything's going to be okay. Thanks to her support, I really feel it will be. I just moved to Chicago from Dallas, Texas not too long ago and I wasn't sure about where to go for quick, efficient and friendly care from a doctor when my symptoms weren't too severe to go to a hospital but still could get in same day to see a physician.
