Josh Brandt helped me tremendously while purchasing my first home! He answered all my questions during the process and still helps me with questions almost a year later! Sara is an amazing person to work with. She works hard to find you exactly what you need. She helped us in our search for a new home which was a bit of a roller coaster with the market we were shopping in at the time. We had one home not pass inspection so we had to start looking again and then had an offer accepted but due to a mistake on the selling agents side the offer became null and void so it put us back in the market again.
