RecommendedI have had the generator for several years, Midwest generator solutions has always been very helpful in getting it set up and servicing it each year as needed. When I originally got the generator, I did not have it set on a pad , over the years I realize that I did need a pad for the generator to sit on. Two young men came yesterday morning, very polite, took care of the problems of resetting it, did a great job in a short amount of time. I would recommend Midwest Generator Solutions I would give them a five star.
