They do not waste any time doing the work.
After 7 months they still haven't finish the job, Salesman will not get back to me and when it will be done. Didn't measure windows correctly and had to reorder. Poor workmanship on address sign.
I thought that the installers with Midwest Exteriors Plus did a good job. My concerns with the company lie in the difficulties that I had getting in touch with the project manager. I tried to contact him over a 2-3 week period and he made excuses for one of those weeks as to why he could not come into contact with me. I found his shoddy excuses to be ridiculous, and felt as though he should have made more of an effort to come into contact with me about the issues that I had with the project. I would say customer service is very important. It's very important to communicate to the customer how the project is going, how it's progressing, and when it's done. Also, that the site is cleaned up as promised.
