Quality of materials and workmanship is very good. Scheduling and communication with management is not that good. It took 8 moths from the time the order was placed until completion. We had to initiate all phone calls to find out when our project was scheduled. We did not hear from Midwest Exteriors until 4 days before they wanted to start. Did not describe detail of storm windows not matching existing windows.
Everything went really well.
