Went here a few times between 2019-2022. They did both hearing tests as well as allergy care. All the staff was very friendly but sometimes the timeliness for appointments wasn’t great. The building shares location with a fancy spa. My care was covered by my insurance otherwise I get the feeling it might’ve been too expensive to cover on my own.
I had a good experience, waiting for the physician to come in and give me a complete indication of what my sleep study was from my chip at home and showed me that everything was good and I was getting adequate sleep.
Prompt and on time. Doctor was courteous and staff responsive. Some confusion on whether I was to bring my CPAP or not. Also sent email to login to patient portal and it was woefully out of date. Doctor even said to not use it. So. Doctor excellent. Office needs some improvement.
Doctor and staff experience gets a 100% from me. The billing department is a joke. I set up a payment plan for the balance of my bill. The double charged my account for 3 months I called in to get it resolved and was told they would correct it and didn't hear back from them for over a month. Then get a bill for the remaining part of the bill and all the payments they had taken and where not on the bill. I've called 4 times on my lunch breaks over the last 2 weeks and get put on hold for over a 45 minutes.
Each interaction was completed with helpful and courteous staff. My doctor was helpful, caring and empathetic. He took his time and explained the process of diagnosis and provided excellent care!
