I have finally found an ENT who listens to me and UNDERSTANDS my need for relief of chronic nasal congestion. The doctor takes his time to inform you and answer any questions.
My visit was efficient, but not rushed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Shah listened to my concerns and treated my problem accordingly. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Shah recommends things he thinks could help or even things he deems necessary, but never pushes. I love this office and have recommended it to many others. Dr. Shah fixed my husband's deviated septum and did a balloon procedure on his sinuses. That was also an excellent experience.
