was never updated on the case I always had to call to find out what was up with the case with ARA with the Firm and Feel like there were not to concern and poor at giving updates ..I should of not had to do some of the foot work to keep in touch when they should of ... other then that Jackie was Great but the others didn't seem to care as much ...
