Mike has been extremely helpful from the start of my home buying process and throughout. In addition to responding very promptly to all my questions, his communication is very clear, concise, and straightforward, making everything easy to understand and making all of the steps easy for a first time home buyer to complete. He made my first time home buying process a whole lot smoother then I anticipated it to be. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a lender!

Mike is simply the top of the line. Trust me, I have personally experienced some of the the most unresponsive and inconsiderate in the business. Mike stands above the rest by abiding by his own high standards of customer service and meticulous attention to detail. New people come through my growing neighborhood constantly and they ask for tips for a smooth home buying process. I always point them in Mike's direction as I know they will be in good hands.

Mike Carney assisted my fiancé and I throughout the whole home buying process. We were both first time home buyers so in general it can be a stressful process. With Mike he was always quick to answer any questions we had no matter how small they were. He kept us up to date on our loan status. He’s very knowledgeable and great at what he does! I highly recommend him and his company. We had a great first experience.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable in mortgage lending. He was courteous, beyond helpful and continued to keep us updated throughout the whole process. We were able to get the loan and settle on the house within one month because of his diligent work! He is simply AWESOME and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a house!!!

I really can't say enough about what Mike did to help me and my fiancé purchase our new home. From responding to my calls, texts, emails at any hour (and I mean any hour) to putting together numerous pre-approval letters for us any day of the week (and again at any time of day). Mike is very professional, his communication is obviously great, and he made the mortgage + home buying process so much easier for us. My husband and I were first home buyers, and naturally, we didn’t know what to expect! Mike was there every step of the way to explain each aspect of the home buying process to us. He was always available if we needed to call him to discuss details or to ask questions. He made the overall home buying process not only easier to understand, but exciting as well.
