Down to earth!!!! I feel like I made a business partner and a friendship! Honesty, Mike told me what to expect the very first day, and was honest and true all the way through! Michael and his assistant Keith are a great team to work with. They are both patient and professional. They have my best interest at heart. They were very supportive with the postponement of signing the loan during the unexpected death of my mother. I'm very appreciative of this kindness.
