I recently completed a refinance of my San Francisco home. This was all done at the height (🤞) of the Covid-19 crisis, so the entire process was done online and by phone (with the exception of home visits by a masked-and-gloved appraiser and notary). It was relatively simple using the online tool to submit information (though I did inadvertently upload a cookie recipe rather than the requested financial document). Mike (and Keith) were very helpful, responsive, and accessible. Thanks!
