It was a remarkably smooth uncomplicated experience Mike was always available and cooperative. Any complications were easily resolved. He provided me with all the information I could want.

Excellent and pleasant customer service! As with any refinance, there were normal bumps along the way. However, Mike educated me and provided a smooth and confident process towards successful completion.
John Lang did a fantastic job John made the whole prosses very easy and kept me updated on everything that was happening. If I needed to have a question answered I was able to contact him at any time. John even gave me his cell number number. The entire prosses from application to funding only took about 3 weeks; a lot shorter than I thought it would take. I would highly recommend John Lang if you are planning a refinance on your home.
