This was our first time dealing with Mike Lowe. As a home buyer we started with Rick Kelly since 1999, and continued to have an excellent relationship with him until his retirement. In saying that, I never met or spoken to Mike. I would only say when my husband put a call in, there were times of silence and wouldn't get back for a few days. A call back would be helpful.
