What an amazing experience start to finish! Mr. Marcus made buying a second home so easy I forgot it was happening more than once. I’ve had more difficulty renting a free movie on Netflix than dealing with CrossCountry Mortgage. Mr. Marcus handled my mortgage with class, professionalism, and he carried a certain type of "je ne sais quoi" about him.
