I highly recommend Mike, you will not be disappointed. As a first time home buyer and moving across the state, the process can be confusing and intimidating. Mike took all the anxiety out of it. He was always there to call and ask questions and did a great job at making everything understandable. He took time to walk me through every scenario to find the best set of numbers for me. Mike was extremely helpful in putting together a package for our mortgage and guiding us in the process of getting our loan rolling and closed. My process was a bit more complicated because we did not have a realtor involved and we successfully finished the process and closed recently. I was with a different mortgage company for about 6 months while looking for a house. Once we found the right house we started moving forward and the other company told me there is no way we can do a conventional loan it would have to be FHA. I would and do recommend him to anyone that is purchasing a home. He has helped my husband and I when everyone else turned us down. He was always there to answer the million questions that I had, and made the process a smooth one. There's nothing that I would change about this experience.
