I highly recommend Mike, you will not be disappointed. As a first time home buyer and moving across the state, the process can be confusing and intimidating. Mike took all the anxiety out of it. Mike was extremely helpful in putting together a package for our mortgage and guiding us in the process of getting our loan rolling and closed. My process was a bit more complicated because we did not have a realtor involved and we successfully finished the process and closed recently. I was with a different mortgage company for about 6 months while looking for a house. Once we found the right house we started moving forward and the other company told me there is no way we can do a conventional loan it would have to be FHA. As soon as I found this out I was referred to James from a friend and he started working. I would and do recommend him to anyone that is purchasing a home. He has helped my husband and I when everyone else turned us down. He was always there to answer the million questions that I had, and made the process a smooth one. There's nothing that I would change about this experience.
