Mike and his team remained in constant communication throughout the entire process, from initial "meet and greet" to post-closing. Mike made sure we were aware of the steps, requirements, and what was next.
Mike was great to work with and their online portal for uploading documents make the process very simple. He was very responsive and kept us updated each step of the way. We closed on time and the transaction went very smoothly.
EVERY step of the way, Mike made it easy and understandable for a person such as myself who does not “do finance”. He’ll text you, email you, call you…. Send helpful encouraging milestone videos! Very personable! Much needed in this day and age! He looks out for your best interest!
