Mike is very knowledgeable, responsive, has great customer service skills and an awesome problem solver. He does what is necessary to get the job done. He used various forms of communication; text, email, and phone. When me or my client reached out to him, he responded very timely with an answer or when he would be able to assist. Mike did all he could to save me money and hassle, for example he made a double effort such that an appraisal wasn't necessary saving me 500, no small sum. Originally I was told the rate would be 2 7/8, and it ended up as 2 3/4...I mean...when does that happen! You know...excuse me sir...the cost is actually less. He was responsive to me all the time and answered all my annoying questions. Never did he say to me "well, got to go, got another customer on the line". ...and other...
