RecommendedAt first it took forever to get someone to communicate with me. Finally I got ahold of Morgan and he was professional and friendly. He then let E. J. take over my account and E. J. was kind and professional and stayed in regular communication with me about what was happening to my vehicle. I did ask that since I was having an almost 4 thousand dollars worth of repairs, could they please wash my vehicle, and they only washed the outside! 😞 I guess I still expected the “old fashioned” style of customer service. Recommendedyes I would recommend this place but was a little upset because it took so long to get my 2020 Kia Soul Back.The engine blew up and they could not get their parts because of the coronavirus outbreaks .T had the car for over a month. We got the car back finally and so far it runs fine.The Service advisor was very courteous and tried to keep me up-to-date.

RecommendedI had a very pleasant experience, my salesperson was a very helpful and patient lady by the the name of Vanessa. She made it a very easy and didn’t rush me. The finance department was also awesome and did his best to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this place. They were awesome !!!!! I love my 2020 Optima S
