RecommendedThey are a good company and they fixed everything that they were suppose to fix. There was one item that we forgot to fix and that was the buttons on the steering wheel that pertains to the blue tooth to my phone. I will have to go in next week to get it looked at. This is my 3 rd KIA. The people there are very nice in the service Dept.

RecommendedMike Shaw Kia had me in and out within 2 to 3 hours. Yvette with customer care was very caring and friendly. Financing was a breeze they didn’t 5 minute me all day like other dealers. Jay the sales person was awesome and very professional . My whole experience with Mike Shaw Kia was awesome, will definitely be doing business again. Thanks guys for a awesome experience.

Well we showed up without making a appointment or anything and very quickly the mechanic Omar was able to find the problem very quick and didn’t have a problem trying to help us out.
